히브리서 13장

그러므로 예수도 자기 피로써 백성을 거룩하게 하려고 성문 밖에서 고난을 받으셨느니라
그런즉 우리도 그의 치욕을 짊어지고 영문 밖으로 그에게 나아가자

And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood.
Let us, then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore.

Daarom heeft ook Jezus, om met zijn eigen bloed het volk te heiligen, buiten de stadspoort geleden. Laten we dus het kamp verlaten, ons bij Hem voegen en delen in zijn vernedering.

13:12-13

디모데후서 1-3장

하나님이 우리에게 주신 것은 두려워하는 마음이 아니요 오직 능력과 사랑과 절제하는 마음이니
그러므로 너는 내가 우리 주를 증언함과 또는 주를 위하여 갇힌 자 된 나를 부끄러워하지 말고 오직 하나님의 능력을 따라 복음과 함께 고난을 받으라

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God,

God heeft ons niet een geest van lafhartigheid gegeven, maar een geest van kracht, liefde en bezonnenheid. 8Schaam je er dus niet voor om van onze Heer te getuigen; schaam je ook niet voor mij, die omwille van Hem gevangenzit, maar deel in het lijden voor het evangelie, met de kracht die God je geeft.

1:7-8

또한 너는 청년의 정욕을 피하고 주를 깨끗한 마음으로 부르는 자들과 함께 의와 믿음과 사랑과 화평을 따르라

Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Mijd de begeerten van de jeugd, streef naar rechtvaardigheid, geloof, liefde en vrede met hen die de Heer met een zuiver hart aanroepen.

2:22

우리가 두려워하는 일들에 대하여 능력과 사랑과 절제를 주시는 하나님. 전에는 고통과 수고로 끝났을 일들이 이제 하나님의 능력을 따라 복음과 함께 받는 고난이 되게 하셨습니다. 그리스도께서 가신 길로 같이 가게 하옵소서. 낮아지고 치욕스러운 자리로 내려가신 주를 따라 가서 주께서 어떤 방식으로 나의 죄와 싸우고 승리하시는지 보게 하소서.

시편 48편

여호와는 위대하시니 우리 하나님의 성, 거룩한 산에서 극진히 찬양 받으시리로다
터가 높고 아름다워 온 세계가 즐거워함이여 큰 왕의 성 곧 북방에 있는 시온 산이 그러하도다
하나님이 그 여러 궁중에서 자기를 요새로 알리셨도다

Great is the LORD, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain.
It is beautiful in its loftiness, the joy of the whole earth. Like the utmost heights of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the Great King.
God is in her citadels; he has shown himself to be her fortress.

Groot is de HEER, Hem komt alle lof toe.
In de stad van onze God, op zijn heilige berg
– schone hoogte, vreugde van heel de aarde,
Sionsberg, flank op het noorden,
zetel van de grote koning –
in haar vesting weet men:
God is onze burcht.

48:1-3

주여 우리가 하나님을 하나님으로 알고 인정할 때에 하나님께서 극진히 찬양을 받으십니다. 나의 무기를 내려놓고, 나의 소소한 싸움을 멈추고, 주께서 싸우시는 것을 볼 때에 우리의 성도로서의 터가 높고 아름다운 자태가 드러나고, 주께서는 당신께서 얼마나 우리의 완벽한 성벽이시고 요새이신지 알려주시고 보여주십니다. 우리의 모든 영역에서 그 하나님을 알아보고 반기며 그 마땅한 자리를 내어드릴 수 있게 하소서.
