그들이 아침에 지나갈 때에 무화과나무가 뿌리째 마른 것을 보고 베드로가 생각이 나서 여짜오되 랍비여 보소서 저주하신 무화과나무가 말랐나이다
In the morning, as they went along, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots. Peter remembered and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree you cursed has withered!”Toen ze ’s morgens vroeg weer langs de vijgenboom kwamen, zagen ze dat hij tot aan de wortels verdord was. 21Petrus herinnerde zich het voorval en zei: ‘Rabbi, kijk, de vijgenboom die U vervloekt hebt, is verdord.’

내가 땅에서 들리면 모든 사람을 내게로 이끌겠노라 하시니
이렇게 말씀하심은 자기가 어떠한 죽음으로 죽을 것을 보이심이러라But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself.”
He said this to show the kind of death he was going to die.Wanneer Ik van de aarde omhooggeheven word, zal Ik iedereen naar mij toe halen.’ Daarmee duidde Hij aan welke dood Hij zou sterven.

마태복음 22-23장
화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 너희는 교인 한 사람을 얻기 위하여 바다와 육지를 두루 다니다가 생기면 너희보다 배나 더 지옥 자식이 되게 하는도다
“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are.
Wee jullie, schriftgeleerden en farizeeën, huichelaars, jullie bereizen zee en land om één enkele proseliet te winnen, en wanneer je hem eenmaal voor je gewonnen hebt, wordt hij dankzij jullie iemand die voor de Gehenna bestemd is, meer nog dan jullie zelf.

화로다 나여! 겉으로는 사람들에게 옳게 보이면서 안으로는 외식과 불법이 가득함이 참담합니다. 이런 모습으로 하나님이신 예수님을 대면하니 죽어 마땅하지만 예수님께서 오히려 죽어가는 연약한 모습으로 오셔서 우리는 살고 주는 죽으셨습니다. 이제는 예수님의 옷을 입어서 외식과 불법을 전파하는 자들이 아닌, 예수께서 나대신 죽으신 일을 전파하는 자들이 되게 하소서.
시편 14편
너희가 가난한 자의 계획을 부끄럽게 하나 오직 여호와는 그의 피난처가 되시도다
이스라엘의 구원이 시온에서 나오기를 원하도다 여호와께서 그의 백성을 포로된 곳에서 돌이키실 때에 야곱이 즐거워하고 이스라엘이 기뻐하리로다You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor, but the LORD is their refuge.
Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When the LORD restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!Lach maar om het vertrouwen van de zwakke –
hij vindt zijn toevlucht bij de HEER.
Ach, laat uit Sion redding komen voor Israël.
Als de HEER het lot van zijn volk ten goede keert,
zal Jakob juichen, Israël zich verheugen.14:6-7
하나님 아버지, 우리의 피난처가 되소서. 우리의 외식과 불법이 하나님 아버지의 마련하신 피난처에 숨겨져서 영영 나오지 않게 하소서. 아버지께서 드디어 도려내시고 바다에 던져 멸망시키실 때까지 예수님의 옷으로 우리의 저주 받아야 할 정체가 가려지게 하소서.
