히브리서 3-7장

형제들아 너희는 삼가 혹 너희 중에 누가 믿지 아니하는 악한 마음을 품고 살아 계신 하나님에게서 떨어질까 조심할 것이요
오직 오늘이라 일컫는 동안에 매일 피차 권면하여 너희 중에 누구든지 죄의 유혹으로 완고하게 되지 않도록 하라

See to it, brothers, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.
But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.

Let er dus op, broeders en zusters, dat niemand van u door een kwaadwillig, ongelovig hart afvallig wordt van de levende God, maar wijs elkaar terecht, elke dag dat dit ‘vandaag’ nog geldt, opdat niemand van u door zonde verleid wordt en daardoor halsstarrig wordt.

3:12-13

우리에게 있는 대제사장은 우리의 연약함을 동정하지 못하실 이가 아니요 모든 일에 우리와 똑같이 시험을 받으신 이로되 죄는 없으시니라 그러므로 우리는 긍휼하심을 받고 때를 따라 돕는 은혜를 얻기 위하여 은혜의 보좌 앞에 담대히 나아갈 것이니라

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are–yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Want deze hogepriester kan met onze zwakheden meevoelen omdat Hij, net als wij, in elk opzicht op de proef is gesteld, maar dan zonder te zondigen. Laten we dus zonder schroom de troon van Gods genade naderen, waar we telkens als we hulp nodig hebben barmhartigheid en genade vinden.

4:15-16

유한한 우리에게 주일이라는 시간의 패턴을 허락하셔서 성도 간에 얼굴과 얼굴로 만나게 하셨음을 감사드립니다. 유한의 시간을 다 보낸 후에 하나님과도 얼굴로 뵈오며 받은 은혜들을 가지고 담대히 나아가며 결산할 것을 바라봅니다. 우리는 할 수 없었지만, 우리 모든 연약함을 체휼하시고 도우신 주로 인해 살아냈음을 그리고 형제가 떨어지지 않게 붙들었음을 주 앞에서 감사로 고백할 수 있게 하소서.

시편 46편

이르시기를 너희는 가만히 있어 내가 하나님 됨을 알지어다 내가 뭇 나라 중에서 높임을 받으리라 내가 세계 중에서 높임을 받으리라 하시도다
만군의 여호와께서 우리와 함께 하시니 야곱의 하나님은 우리의 피난처시로다 （셀라）

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah

‘Staak de strijd, en erken dat Ik God ben,
verheven boven de volken, verheven boven de aarde.’
De HEER van de hemelse machten is met ons,

46:10-11

주여, 하나님께서 하나님이시며, 이 전장에서 싸우시는 분이시라는 것을 인정하고 알기 위해서는 나의 전투를 먼저 멈추어야만 하겠습니다. 알면서도 나의 전투를 언제 어디까지 멈추어야 할지 다시 망설여집니다. 싸우는 일을 멈추면 지고 생명을 잃을 것 같아 두렵습니다. 강하고 담대하게 주의 말씀을 믿게 하소서. 멈추고 가만히 있어 주의 이름을 높이게 하소서.
