아브라함이 그 땅 이름을 여호와 이레라 하였으므로 오늘날까지 사람들이 이르기를 여호와의 산에서 준비되리라 하더라

He said to his servants, “Stay here with the donkey while I and the boy go over there. We will worship and then we will come back to you.”..
So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. And to this day it is said, “On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided.”

Toen zei hij tegen de knechten: ‘Blijven jullie hier met de ezel. Ikzelf ga met de jongen verder om daarginds neer te knielen. Daarna komen we naar jullie terug.’… Abraham noemde die plaats ‘De HEER zal erin voorzien’. Vandaar dat men tot op de dag van vandaag zegt: ‘Op de berg van de HEER zal erin voorzien worden.’

창세기 21:5,14

우리 구원의 하나님이시여 땅의 모든 끝과 먼 바다에 있는 자가 의지할 주께서 의를 따라 엄위하신 일로 우리에게 응답하시리이다
주는 주의 힘으로 산을 세우시며 권능으로 띠를 띠시며
바다의 설렘과 물결의 흔들림과 만민의 소요까지 진정하시나이다

You answer us with awesome deeds of righteousness, O God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas,
who formed the mountains by your power, having armed yourself with strength,
who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.

Ontzagwekkend is uw antwoord,
U doet recht en redt ons, God,
op U hopen de einden der aarde,
de verten van de zee.
U hebt met kracht de bergen vastgezet,
U bent omgord met macht,
U brengt tot bedaren het geraas van de zeeën,
het gebulder van de golven,
het tumult van de volken.

시편 65:6-8

짧은 순간이지만 동시대의 욥과 같은 고민과 고통을 겪었을 아브라함을 생각합니다. 우리가 드리는 무엇으로도 하나님의 계획을 만족할 수 없고, 우리가 하는 어떤 행동으로도 하나님의 선하시고 은혜로우심을 다 나타낼 수 없습니다. 하나님께서 주신 것으로 우리가 하나님의 약속을 누리되 끝까지 하나님의 것으로, 하나님의 방식으로만 되는 것을 매 순간 인정하게 하소서.

세상을 지으시고 지금도 다스리시는 하나님을 믿습니다. 기술과 AI가 편만한 시대에도 그보다 더 뛰어나시고 초월하시는 하나님을 바라보며 우리의 답은 하나님께로서 오는 줄을 믿게 하소서.
