너희가 각각 마음으로부터 형제를 용서하지 아니하면 나의 하늘 아버지께서도 너희에게 이와 같이 하시리라

“This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart.”

Zo zal mijn hemelse Vader ook ieder van jullie behandelen die zijn broeder of zuster niet van harte vergeeft.’

요한복음 7-10장

명절 끝날 곧 큰 날에 예수께서 서서 외쳐 이르시되 누구든지 목마르거든 내게로 와서 마시라
나를 믿는 자는 성경에 이름과 같이 그 배에서 생수의 강이 흘러나오리라 하시니
이는 그를 믿는 자들이 받을 성령을 가리켜 말씀하신 것이라 （예수께서 아직 영광을 받지 않으셨으므로 성령이 아직 그들에게 계시지 아니하시더라）

On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.
Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.”
By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.

Op de laatste dag, het hoogtepunt van het feest, stond Jezus in de tempel, en Hij riep: ‘Laat wie dorst heeft bij Mij komen en drinken! “Rivieren van levend water zullen stromen uit het hart van wie in Mij gelooft,” zo zegt de Schrift.’ Hiermee doelde Hij op de Geest die zij die in Hem geloofden zouden ontvangen; de Geest was er namelijk nog niet, want Jezus was nog niet tot Gods majesteit verheven.

7:37-39

주여, 예수께서는 이미 영광을 받으셨고, 이제 우리 배에 생수의 강 성령이 흘러나게 하셨습니다. 주께서 우리에게 물을 대셨으니, 우리도 이 강물을 다른 데로 흘러 보내지 않고, 주의 동산에 물을 대게 하소서. 용서와 사랑으로 주의 동산에 꽃을 피우는 일꾼들이게 하소서.

시편 10편

악인은 그의 마음의 욕심을 자랑하며 탐욕을 부리는 자는 여호와를 배반하여 멸시하나이다
악인은 그의 교만한 얼굴로 말하기를 여호와께서 이를 감찰하지 아니하신다 하며 그의 모든 사상에 하나님이 없다 하나이다

He boasts of the cravings of his heart; he blesses the greedy and reviles the LORD.
In his pride the wicked does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room for God.

De mens zonder God prijst wat hij najaagt,
en als hij rijk is, vervloekt en veracht hij de HEER.
Hij denkt in zijn waan: Niemand vraagt mij rekenschap.
Er is geen God, maakt hij zich wijs.

10:3-4

주여, 우리 안에 우리 스스로가 볼 수 없는 욕심과 탐욕이 있는 것을 고백합니다. 그러나 이런 우리에게 주께서는 성령 주시기를 아까워하지 않으셨습니다. 하나님의 자비로우심 때문에 오히려 우리가 교만하여 하나님이 없다 하며 내가 만든 하나님들을 그저 섬기는 데에 머물지 않게 하소서.
